Arbr Technologies, Inc. (“Arbr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Delaware corporation, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Notice applies to information we collect through our Site. It does not apply to information collected through any offline channels, third-party websites linked from our Site, or services provided to enterprise customers under separate agreements, which may be governed by their own privacy terms.

2.1 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our Site, we and our analytics providers automatically collect certain information about your device and browsing activity, including:

6. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

With third-party vendors and service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting (Framer), analytics and marketing platforms (including Google Analytics and HubSpot), and customer support. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes for which it was disclosed.
Legal Requirements. When required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Arbr, our users, or others.
Business Transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, in which case information may be transferred to the successor entity.
With Your Consent. With your consent or at your direction.
7. International Data Transfers
Arbr is based in the United States, and information we collect will be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers maintain facilities, including the European Union. These jurisdictions may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country of residence. Where required by applicable law, we implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal data, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Cookie data is retained according to the expiration periods set for each cookie, which vary by cookie type. When information is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymize it.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10.1 Rights Under the GDPR and UK GDPR

The right to rectify inaccurate or incomplete personal data;

10.2 Rights Under U.S. State Privacy Laws
Depending on your state of residence (for example, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, or Utah), you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing activities, including targeted advertising and the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information as defined under applicable state law. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
10.3 How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise any of these rights, please submit a request through our Your Privacy Choices webform, available at www.arbr.tech, or contact us at privacy@arbr.tech. To opt out of analytics and marketing cookies, please use the cookie preferences tool available through the cookie banner or the cookie settings link in the footer of our Site. We will respond to your request within the timeframes required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. You may also authorize an agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to verification.
11. Children’s Privacy
Our Site is not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 16 without verified parental consent, we will take steps to delete such information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@arbr.tech.
12. Third-Party Links
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
13. Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because there is no industry consensus on how to interpret DNT signals, our Site does not currently respond to DNT signals. However, you may opt out of analytics and marketing cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.
